Our new High Performance Pistons, for those who find mainstream too boring.
With our many years of experience in motorsport and tuning, we can now proudly offer you our specially developed high-performance forged pistons.
Our ambition was to develop a perfect piston specifically for the EA855EVO engine that can easily withstand power outputs of 700bhp and much more. A specially developed piston design, in combination with improved piston rings, enables enormous increases in performance. Thanks to the new piston design, high boost pressures are no longer a problem with the aluminium block.
Features:
All our piston are manufactured in the most modern 5-axis CNC facilities.
100% CNC- milled from high-quality forged aluminium, especially for street and drag race engines with very high performance.
All our piston are tested to the highest standards. They are steam blasted and shot peened internally to not only relieve stresses in the material, but also to reveal any imperfections that may cause the piston not to work as intended. All piston are also heat-treated.
Finally, handmade and individually weighed to give the piston a very special personal touch, they are then balanced and assigned to an engine set. The tolerances are so tight that there is no more than 0.5 grams between each piston set.
Our piston are supplied with rings manufactured to the highest standards worldwide from the highest quality materials.
The specified compression is in conjunction with a 0.90mm cylinder head gasket. Of course, you can also install the high-end downpipe pistons in the old 5 cylinder (CEPA, CEPB and CZG).
