Sachs Race Performance Clutch Kit Including Single-Mass Flywheel for Your 2.0L TSI
Perfect for ambitious drivers: the complete performance kit by Sachs with single-mass flywheel made of steel for the chain-driven 2.0L TSI EA888. This kit is ideal for an extreme increase in performance (e.g. in the Golf MK6 or Audi S3) since it has been designed for a transmittable engine torque of up to 550 Nm. With the standard dual-mass flywheel, you enjoy improved start-up comfort – unfortunately, however, it is very heavy. Moreover, it is not suited for torque transmission. Died-in-the-wool tuning fans therefore use single-mass flywheels.
So you don’t risk any damage to the clutch and transmission, you should switch to our performance clutch kit by Sachs. It has a rigid flywheel, clutch pressure plate and a torsion-spring clutch disc with organic linings or sintered.

When converting to a single-mass flywheel, rattling noises may occur in neutral..
However, these are harmless and occur in the transmission. As soon as the clutch is pressed, these noises disappear.
The only remedy is a harmonic vibration damper but the noises will not disappear completely.
In addition, of course, the pedal force increases, since the clutch is designed for higher torques.
